Cork CIL Travel Club provides door-to-door, wheelchair accessible transport with skilled drivers, across Cork city and its nearby suburbs — with longer journeys arranged on request. It’s a friendly, reliable way to get where you need to be.
What you can use it for
- Appointments — hospital, dental, therapy and more
- Regular journeys — commutes to work or a day centre
- Social outings — visits, events and days out
Who can join
Cork Travel Club membership is open to anyone with a disability who needs reliable, accessible transport.
Membership & fares
- Membership: €30 per year (renewable online)
- Per-journey contribution: varies by distance — please check the fare before you book
- Payment: exact cash or contactless
- Booking: most trips up to 1 week ahead; medical/therapy appointments and regular journeys up to 4 weeks ahead
- Cancellations: trips cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged for
Travel Club is not a funded service — members’ contributions are essential to keep it running.
How to join
Membership is applied for online. Complete the Cork CIL Travel Club Membership Form and we’ll get you set up.
