Mixed Ability Hockey will return to Garryduff Sports Centre this February.

- Male & Female Adults of Mixed Ability
- €60 per person
- Gum Shields & Shin Pads Required
Adult players of all abilities are welcome to come along and join the fun, social sessions. No experience of playing hockey is required.
The inclusive sessions welcome players with disabilities, first-time players interested in trying the sport, and those looking to play hockey again having played as a child, teenager, or young adult.
Hockey sticks can be provided, but participants are asked to wear shin guards and gum shields.
